Minor Scruffs on the receiver unit. The remote is also missing the "red" indicator light but still works. You can hear the bulb moving around if you shake the remote. 1 of the tires has good tread, the other 3 have poor tread. They can be used as a "spare" tire for emergencies, or you can mount your winter tires on the rims in time for winter instead of having to pay each time you have your mechanic mounts or removes your snow tires. $30 for the wheel with good tread, $15 each for the others, or $60 for all 4....
