BUSINESS IMPACT:
This role has an impact on our overall operational performance through influence in improvements made to new hire and ongoing training curriculum and efficacy of delivery which will manifest in increased performance, customer satisfaction, and successful business outcomes. JOB CONTRIBUTIONS- WHAT WILL YOU DO o Plan, develop, manage, and ensure training delivery o Incorporate Learn It, Show It, Prove It adult learning methodology to all relevant curriculum o Conduct and lead detailed gap & needs analysis to identify learning objectives and post-training assessment initiatives for the program o Plan and conduct detailed performance and compliance-to-plan reviews o Ensure consistency of training design, delivery, and execution; proactively provide relevant feedback, suggestions and best practices to improve results o Create and report business information and metrics as mandated o Ensure updated knowledge of the program at all times o Ensure project plans are kept up to date and risk to plan is called out to leadership in a timely manner EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS o 10
years' experience, with a proven track record in overall training leadership, preferably with some sales training experience o BPO Experience required o Content design and development experience o Understanding of Learning and Development theories and models o Experienced in the training life cycle from content needs assessment, content creation, facilitation, and post training assessment o Strong communication, project management and presentation skills o Strong analytical and assessment skills; ability to interpret large amounts of data and information to create and execute workable solutions o Strong planning and organization skills; ability to think ahead, conceptualize and plan for events o Strong computer skills o Ability to make decisions, use judgment and intuition to function in a matrixed and dynamic environment; able to handle load and deadline related pressures o Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes o Ability to work a flexible schedule; Travel may be required
Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
