Commercial Administrator Countybank Simpsonville, SCWhat We're Looking For:
Countybank is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual to serve as a Commercial Administrator.
The Commercial Administrator will report to the Simpsonville Market Executive.
The associate in this position will provide administrative support to the Commercial Business Development Team by providing excellent customer service to new and existing relationships.

What You Can Expect:
Customer ServiceHandle all customer service issues by:
Serve as primary customer contact for all operational issues for all commercial business development customers.
Respond timely to matters for customers in a direct and professional manner always ensuring confidentially.
Answer all general customer inquiries concerning Commercial Banking products and services, using organizational resources as necessary.
Return phone calls for relationship managers and other appropriate staff as necessary.
Process all customer requests including transfers, deposits, advances, check orders, wires, stop payments, etc.
Make outbound customer calls with Relationship Managers, or alone, when appropriate.
Coordinate changes to accounts, refunds, etc.
with Quality Control and follow-up as necessary.
Complete Problem Resolution Logs as appropriate in accordance with bank policy.
Have a working knowledge of the organization's other divisions, products, and services in order to answer customer/prospect questions and/or makes referrals as appropriate.
Assist in the development and implementation of deposit transaction capabilities within the Simpsonville loan production office, in the interest of growing deposit market share within this community.
Commercial Loan DocumentationEnsure that all Commercial Loan Documentation is processed correctly and in a timely manner.
This will be accomplished in the following ways:
Serve as primary contact and liaison with Loan Operations to coordinate answers to various questions and resolution to various issues involving loan matters.
As needed, key loan data into Sageworks to obtain credit reports, application, and preliminary disclosures.
Assist Relationship Managers with preparation of loan approval forms for new loans, renewals, letters of credit, and modifications for the preparation of new loan documents.
Review and prepare loan packets for relationship managers for loan closings.
Coordinate necessary changes to the loan packet with Loan Operations as needed.
Verify that returned loan documents are complete, signed, and organized before forwarding to Loan Operations with payments/disbursements attached.
Assist Relationship Manager by following up on closed loan exceptions as necessary.
Have a working knowledge of the contents of the CRM loan manual.
Commercial Deposit Account Opening, Documentation and Maintenance/Treasury ServicesSupport commercial deposit accounts and Treasury Services by:
Open and close deposit accounts with appropriate paperwork.
Organize and package all customer documentation in a professional and concise manner, including signature cards, applications, product shells, and other Countybank information deemed appropriate.
Coordinate applicable supporting documents and ensure documents are completed, signed, and forwarded to the appropriate department for Online Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, Access CB, Cash Management Accounts, Remote Deposit Capture, etc.
Access NSFs daily and assist relationship managers in making decision on insufficient items.
Assist Treasury Services Administrator (and other appropriate staff) with the preparation of responses to Request For Proposals (RFPs).
This includes assisting with research, preparation of analysis and preparation of the actual proposal.
Assist Treasury Services Administrator (and other appropriate staff) with the transition of new cash management relationships.
Product Knowledge/Sales Support/Relationship Management Support growth of the organization and the Commercial Business Development Department by:
Actively participate in CB Solutions.
Speak knowledgeably to prospects and customers about bank services/products.
Proactively identify opportunities to fulfill customer needs, exceed expectations, and promote our organization's products and services.
Apprise relationship managers of customers' problems, needs, or opportunities and handle as appropriate.
Provide information to relationship managers to assist in relationship development including profitability, trend analysis, etc.
Internal Customer SupportSupport associates and the organization by:
Gain a working knowledge of other departments' functions to insure they receive the support and necessary information from the Commercial Business Development department without delay.
Represent the organization at organizational and community functions.
Assist with Countybank-sponsored functions as needed.
Maintain an organized and clean work area in accordance with branch standards.
Office ManagementRelieve Relationship Managers of everyday office tasks to support their business development efforts.
Education, Experience and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field from an accredited college or university, preferred;Experience in the financial services industry; or any equivalent combination of education, training or experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities;Commercial underwriting experience preferred.
Abilities and Skills:
Good communication, sales, and public relations skills;Good interviewing and research skills;Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite;High level of integrity and honesty;Strong desire to serve customers and the community through volunteer efforts.
